    • Your service will remain uninterrupted and online during the transition.

    • You will no longer be an Omni-Tech Customer.

    • You will now be an Alpine Connective Customer!

    • Your tech support will remain local.

    • We are doing some upgrades to substantially improve reliability and deliver faster speeds.

    • We need your help too: We can only fix what we know about so if you are experiencing slow speeds, reliability issues, or have any problems at all - no matter how small - please let us know. You may help us pinpoint an issue or help us discover something new. We really do care and want you to have the best internet possible.

    • Your monthly price will remain the same for your current plan.

    • We will be onboarding everyone to our portal, this means you will now receive invoices every month and have easy online access to your services.

    • If you are enrolled in autopay, please call us or login to the portal so your information can be updated.

    • We will no longer accept cash payments. If this poses a significant challenge for you, please contact us. If you mail a check, they will need to be sent to our Elkhorn office going forward. We will also offer discounts on anyone paying for multiple months of service in advance if that’s your thing.

    • If your equipment has remained untouched (dish, cabling, router, etc..) we can turn your service back online with a simple phone call or email.

    • If your equipment has been disconnected or unplugged, we can get you back online after it’s plugged back in.

    • If your equipment has been damaged or removed, we will need to get you on the schedule to reactivate service. Please contact us.

We are a locally owned and operated company in the heart of Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our belief is that customer trust is earned not bought.
