    • When is my payment due?
      Most accounts are invoiced and set to autopay on the 1st or the 15th of the month. If autopay fails to process or you are not enrolled, your payment is due by the date shown on your invoice.

    • What happens if I miss my payment?
      We’re a prepay service, which means each monthly invoice covers service for your billing cycle. If your payment isn’t received by the due date on your invoice, a late fee of $10 or 1.5% (whichever is greater) may be added to your balance.

    • Do you prorate the days my service is suspended?
      No — billing continues until your next billing cycle, even if service is off.

    • What if I fall behind more than one billing cycle?
      Accounts that are a full billing cycle past due are considered inactive. To restart service after that point, a reactivation fee may be charged.

    • Can my account go to collections?
      Yes. If a balance remains unpaid, it may be turned over to a collection agency, which could add additional fees and impact your credit.

    • If you plan to disconnect your service, please notify Alpine Connective at least 30 days in advance to ensure proper cancellation of services.

    • Accounts that fail to provide this 30-day advance notice may remain responsible for any balances owed for services during that period. Services will remain active and billable until proper cancellation notice is received.

    • Alpine Connective provided equipment that is not returned after cancellation of services or account delinquency will be billed at retail replacement value.

    • A $5/month billing & processing fee applies to accounts not enrolled in autopay. This fee is waived for customers who choose autopay.

    • A $5/month paper billing fee applies if you need invoices mailed. Our default billing is paperless and carries no cost.

Alpine Connective was born out of a need to build an internet service that puts people before profits and just works. We are privacy oriented and do not need or want to know what you use the internet for.

SMS / MMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to "Alpine Connective", you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, information, and other communications related to our products and services

Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations:

You affirm that the mobile number you have provided to us is accurate and current. You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of any telephone number you provide. If there are any changes to your contact information, including changes to your telephone numbers, you agree to notify us immediately by sending an email to "support@alpineconnective.com" prior to the effect of the change.

Consent to Receive Automated Communications:

By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and not automated text messages from "Alpine Connective" regarding our products, services, and relationship with us. You acknowledge that consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions:

To unsubscribe from our SMS/MMS messages at any time, you can text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in response to any message you receive from us. Additionally, you can send an email to "support@alpineconnective.com" specifying that you wish to opt out of text messages. You agree to receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.
